Which version of Leon: The Professional should I watch as a first-timer? Original or Extended? I was thinking of watching the Extended version but would that change the entire course of the movie? The International Version is also called Extended Version. There’s also the Uncut French version which is an additional 3 minutes longer.

Many people think that Léon - The Professional is Luc Besson’s best film, even though its initial theatrical version was heavily cut because several scenes were not received well by US test audiences back in the day.
